Take Cover! Is the cover band of cover bands! Covering covers is what we do...mostly. Great tunes from the 60s through today. Born from the The Love Handles (founded 2017). The lads in the band find inspiration in a diverse range of rock and blues including Thin Lizzy, The Doobie Brothers, The Killers, The White Stripes, Van Halen, Tom Petty and much more. The lineup incorporates soaring vocals and blues heavy harmonica from lead Tom Marks. Kevin (Krash) Blanding provides the sonic landscape on lead guitar with scorching riffs that are born from '80s hard rock and instrumental rock/funk. Suj Patel's driving, ‘90s rhythmic rock vibe infused with ska and punk sets the texture. Driving the temperature are hard hitting drummer John Demeyer and bassist Stephen Desrosiers with the heavy sounds of the Gibson SG. This show will have a $5 cover charge after 6pm.
