Customer Relations Ninja

This job is a hybrid role. You will perform multiple tasks over the course of each month. The main part of the position involves being the face of Housatonic River Brewing with our distribution partners. 

 

You will use one of our delivery vans to deliver kegs and cases of beer to our customers. This job is however much more than just a delivery job. You will get to know our customers, learn their pain points, come up with solutions to ease that pain. You will be partners.

 

With our package store customers you will help maintain and enhance our product facings, do product tastings on site and keep track of outstanding invoices and collect payments as needed.

 

With our bar and restaurant customers you will get to know the bartenders and staff, provide education about our products and address any concerns they may have. Onsite tastings and keeping track of outstanding invoices along with collecting payments as needed.

 

Other days may be working in our brewery helping fill kegs, canning beer and other general duties.

Requirements:

 

• Good work ethic! This means you don’t make excuses you just get the job done, you show up everyday, on time and ready to work. You show up prepared for the day and with a plan.

• Strong desire to wow your customers. If you tend to do just the bear minimum then you are not who I’m looking for.

• This is a physical job. You MUST have the ability to lift kegs up to 155 lbs  in and out of the delivery van on a regular basis as well as around the brewery.

• Clean Driving Record

• Must submit to a background check.​​

• Love and knowledge of beer a plus.

• Live near New Milford.
