There are two players to a team, please register both players at the same time including a team name. All fields are required.

Cost will be $10 per player payable the first night of play, June 17th. 

 

An alternate player is not required but suggested so you don't forfeit if one player can't make it. If you would like to add a second alternate you may, just let Dave know on the first night of play. PLEASE make sure you have an alternate, forfeits are no fun for anyone.

League play will be on Thursdays from 6:30 -9:30pm beginning June 17th.
